About Terri

Originally from State College, PA (WE ARE...PENN STATE), Terri and her husband built their dream home in Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach (LMDB) in 2020 and have since relocated and built a home in the new 55+ community of Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, where she is making her customers' dreams come true! She’s become the "go to" resident agent living in Latitude Margaritaville ever since her previous position with Minto Communities, where she was in charge of the model homes in LMDB.

 

Her background includes Human Resources, Gym Ownership, Automotive Sales and Business Development Director over 3 auto dealerships. She has also served as the National Director of Female Athletes with the NGA, the world’s oldest and most reputable natural bodybuilding organization. As you can tell, she is very active, enthusiastic and excited to put her passion for Latitude Margaritaville Watersound to work for you to find your very own piece of paradise!
