It's been almost 3 years since we arrived in Paradise (aka) Latitude Margaritaville. Searching the web and stumbling across Latitude Margaritaville I decided to call from Colorado for some information not knowing anything about the place. Terri answered my call and gave us some choices on Sales and rentals. Her professionalism and knowledge were exceptional and before we knew it, we were signing a lease agreement and planning a major move to Latitude Margaritaville. We loved it so much, we got on the list and now after over a year we are happy owners in a community that is the best we could ever wish for. This is our second time using Terri. She is very personable and responsive to our needs. If any issues arise, she is all over it, continually monitoring until the issue is resolved. An example was roof work that needed to be done before closing. He personally called the company numerous times to try to expedite the process. We would use her again if needs arose.
